i have bad habit(s).

but the main thing that i'm gonna say here is, addiction of food + long hour sleep.
yes, long hour pig sleep in the afternoon.
it's like part of my daily routine already.
i need at least a nap during the afternoon. &it's bad.
not literally bad but still.
i sleep long in the afternoon like after lunch or something? so yeah, FATNESS kays.
&then, at night, i sleep late 'cause i slept like long hooour(s) in the afternoon.
so that kinda explains everything why i have big round panda eyes & chubbyness face/body. lol.
so shizz man. kays, from now ONWARDS, i am sooo gonna reduce the amount of sleeping-during-the-afternoons. damn.
that's hard ya know? 'cause it's like im addicted to sleeping & food.
when food combines with sleep, equals to OBESE.

i had THREE ROWS of stuffing-myself-with-starch in the morning, afternoon & night.
dead fat? yeah, definately.
i had Nasi Lemak in school, then lunch, i had rice with ABC soup(one of my fave soup!) & dinner, i had RICE again, with japanese taufu and asam fish.
tell me, how can you resist not having it?!
well i can't for sure. but i needa stop sleeping tooo frequently.
yes, that's gotta be in my to-do list for this month & the upcoming months.
