Oh yes, second post of the day.
I'm really excited about the opening in 1Borneo. Not gonna shop much, due to the lackness of currency. hahaha. But, maybe i'll just spend a LIL on the food section. *grins evily. Whaaaaat? I have big appetite okay? That doesn't hurt. I guess. :p So, Joshua called me. few hours ago. Gaaawwwsh. I don't wanna tell what happened just now. All you need to kno is i've ashamed myself....on the phone?! DAMN. hahaha. Nothing bad, only.. funny. Too bad for Joshua. cause his fun time in Karambunai is gonna be over soon! *laughs guilefully. :p :p :p

1Borneo will have a soft soft opening on 31 May when the mall opens to the public and a limited number of stores will start operating. The actual soft opening will be one week later, on Saturday, 7 June, when more of 1Borneo will be ready for action.
The mall is already humming with anticipation as the main construction of the insides is nearly complete. Shop owners and renovators are scurrying about, rushing to complete the renovation of their shops as soon as possible to capitalise on inevitable rush of curious shoppers that will flock to 1Borneo once the mall opens to the public.

Entertainment at OneBorneo

Toting itself as East Malaysia’s Largest Lifestyle Hypermall, a plethora of entertainment options is to be expected from 1Borneo.

Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC) will be operating an 8-screen cinema complex on the second floor, a boon to KK’s movie circuit, which currently has a limited variety of venues.
Also on the second floor, U Bowl will provide what is likely to be KK’s largest bowling alley, rivalling KK’s current largest facility.

Amusement World, rumoured to be stocked with a range of Sega arcade games, and K Box are also to be found on the second floor, which along with the spa and fitness centre makes the second floor the main relaxation and entertainment destination in 1Borneo.

KK’s first commercial aquarium & ocean science discovery centre will also be presented by 1Borneo and will be located on the concourse level. From the grapevine sabahbah.com heard that the same company involved with the aquarium on Sentosa Island in Singapore, is involved and Kota Kinabalu and Sabah looks forward to appearing on the aquarium map.

Concourse Level

When it comes to to food, 1Borneo has two things going for it: first of all, 1Borneo is huge and secondly, it’s in Sabah and Sabah’s food choices are also huge.[can't really agree much with this tho :/] Combine the two and the restaurant options alone will have you return to 1Borneo again and again.

The concourse level has a large concentration of food choices with a myriad of food outlets and restaurants in this area along with some non-restaurants like Giant, HSL Circuit Centre, the aquarium, furniture shops, Bata, Laundry World, Johnson Fitness and a Souvenir Shop.

The restaurants on 1Borneo’s concourse level include Old Station Kopitiam, La Manila, Crocodile Restaurant, Manhattan Fish Market, Burger King, Vedablu, KFC, Deli France, Pizza Hut, KFC, McDonald’s, Kenny ROgers, The Chicken Rice Shop, Sushi King, Big Apple, Kiew Brother BBQ, Penang Village and Michi Japanese Restaurant.[well, i shud recommend them, Hana Japanese Restaurant!]

Ground Floor

Something special about the ground floor restaurants is an out-side facing area, which creates a boulevard with a side-walk culture of al fresco dining and coffee.

Enabling these particular outlets to operate beyond the usual mall opening hours, it promises to popular with the late night crowd and has potential to be a strip where there’s always a buzz and life till late.

For your coffee needs, included in this strip is Coffee Bean, Old Town White Coffee, San Francisco Coffee, Dome and Starbucks.

Food and snack outlets include amongst others HK Recipe, Made in China, Olive, Secret Recipe and New York New York.

Elsewhere on this level you’ll also find Fish & Co, Sweet Dynasty and Thai Odyssey.

Clothing & Accessories at OneBorneo --♥♥

If there is one category of shops that will top the dizzying offering of food and restaurants at 1Borneo, it’s Clothing and Accessory shops. You name the brand, 1Borneo likely will feature it.

F.O.S, Island Shop, Padini, Polo, Nose, Nine West, Levi’s, Guess, Esprit, Charles & Keith, FCUK, Zara, Yishion, MAC Make-up, Body Shop, and MNG are all to be found at 1Borneo.
Nike, Adidas, Hang Ten, Billabong, Quicksilver, Asics, Crocs and Body Glove also feature.

Make-up, accessories and jewellery stores are plentiful and will lie in wait for eager shoppers to stumble upon and discover their offerings.

So tell me, am i excited or what?! And im guessing those who are currently reading my blog is damn agitato too! by kowing what will they sell there, especially food. Mamamista~ I can't wait for the opening wheras there will be Hong Kong famous stars and not to forget, Sheila Majid will be there to perform as well. I'm not a fan oh her but im a fan of the mall. *sparkling eyes.

Lets just say, do not, DO NOT get too excited first. What if it turn out not be what we expected? For example, the aquarium soon-to-built. Yeah, can't expect that HIGH yet. But, one things for sure, it's gonna be fun. *grins.

Mainly, about the problem of unstoppable, annoying overgrown-acne on my face, of course. I couldn't help it but only stare at them. I've been using multifarious types of products, for my face. *curses. Started with Clean&Clear, T3, Neutrogena & Seba Med[comming soon]. Yes. alot isn't it? not just all that, i had more but couldn't remember some of them. My mum said i have the same 'blood' as my Auntiess'. Same dirty-growing-loads-of-acne-on-the-face-blood that is. *screams. I hope not! Praying that this is only part of my late-hormones. And hope it'll end as fast they can! Gawwd~ I'm soooo gonna try that Seba Med, recommended by Belinda. LOOK! her face i so smoothly fine! haha. So, i told myself, maybe i shud try. *raise up an eyebrow. Maybe not. -- ♪ listen to your heart. Maybe, i'll just give it A try. lols~

Oh! not to forget, i...kinda broke Belle's bathroom's toilet bowl's flusher/handle. whatever you name it. *red-faced. noooooo, i'm not some kind of Big husky lady or something. It was sooo freakishly hard to f-l-u-s-h that damn thing down! So, i was almost fed up flushing it down & thought of leaving it just like that. But, if i leave it just like that, then it'll be really impolite to do so. Don't you think so? So, i gave my last try. And it didn't work out pretty well from what i expected! Instead of flushing it down, it broke. IT FREAKING BROKE. They laughed. I laughed. But i felt soooo bad. I took a picture of it. What a day huh? *sigh unendingly.

I'm starting to admire Nigella Lawson [tutor of baking/cooking/whatever that relates to food]. I just recentlly watched one of her show in travel&living. Nigella Express. Gawd, that show sure makes me hungry. *rubs tummy.

yes, IU Day [International Understanding Day]. Been busy for the past few days helping out the deco crews for the IU Day. Exhausted yet fun =) Learned making cute flowaaahs. and other stuffs. Well, it will be a very busy week, or shud i say, WEEKS for me. Not gonna spend much free time relaxing my butt off during these two weeks holls. So sad, isn't it? Damn. But yeah, at least i can still spend some time with Elle & Belle. *thank gawd. Well as for today, went to Karamunsing & bought some 'stuffs' for teachers day as Belle, Dunstan & I are incharge for the presents and stuffs. Couldn't get what we actually wanted but i guess it's alright with the stuffs that we bought. hmm. So then, went back around 4 something? Can't remember. And yes, we took alot of photos again. What do ya expect? WE ARE GIRLS. wait, scratch Dunstan out from this. haha. Elle, Belle & I took alot of photos in Belle's mom's office, since we had nothing better to do other than taking photos and playing Spider Solitaire. hahaha. Typical Boring Day, i must say.

Sorry for the late update for this post. Didn't get to update last night 'cause due to the internet connection problem. So, yeah, here it goes. Went out to Warisan & Centre Point. Watched Narnia; The Prince Caspian. :D *lovesssss. It was a great movie! Definately. King Peter & King Edmund are sooooooo cute! *inlove* yes yes. I kinda think Edmund looks like one of the guy in Jonas Brothers. so cute & so good looking [Peter]. All in all, a must-watch movie :D

So then, we went to Warisan. Nothing to do. So we ate Yoghurt in Yoghur Berry. So sad, the birthday boy had to pay for us. :p Thankus! haha. So yeah, went for a walk. Man, i gotta admit, Warisan is such a boring place to shop already. I'm waiting for One Borneo! [waitin' for good & reasonable food of course]. Went back around 6 p.m. & it was such an exhasuted day. So i slept early. I dosed off while sms with Joshua. hahaha. oh well~
